7M Tours Booking Policy

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The participant(s) acknowledge receiving and agreeing to these terms and conditions as set forth below covering the travel services to be operated by 7M Tours LLC, located in Orlando, Florida, USA. 
RESERVATION/PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the booking per person is needed at time of the booking of the reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Final payment may vary as per the hotel and operator requirements for special events, Holidays, Carnival and New Year’s or group reservations have special payment instructions. Agent will advise when reservation is confirmed. Additional deposits may be necessary during high season in most countries such deposits are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions. If payment is made by credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will be charged per person and participant(s) will waive any chargeback rights – NO EXCEPTIONS.  For itineraries with Cruises: The deposit is higher and final payment is due 60 days before departure. 
RATES: All rates quoted are based on the day of costing, sent and are subject to change. Prices are per person. Single rates still imply that 2 people min. traveling; if a single person wants to travel with no other passengers, additional costs will be charged. Child rates are available for air and in most hotels but not in all. Reductions are based on a child sharing a room with at least 2 adults. 
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED: Everything specifically mentioned in the itinerary in hotels/lodges indicated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels. Not included are US departure Tax/Custom fees, airport/port taxes, gratuities and any item not specifically mentioned as included. 
TOUR COST INCLUSIONS: 7M Tours LLC negotiates for the best possible rate available at the time of booking considering quality, quantity and type of service offered. In our rates to you, we have to include general costs, all commissions and 7M Tours LLC compensation for operation, supervision, promotion and profit. Once quotes are accepted, no adjustment for rates paid can be made.
DOCUMENTS/VOUCHERS: Vouchers and Tickets are issued after final payment is received. Final documents WILL NOT be issued if a copy of this page is not received duly signed by the passenger.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Your right to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation is limited. The following per person fees apply: Up to 90 days before departure $1000 + any supplier penalties from vendor 60 to day of departure No refunds. NO–show 100% Nonrefundable. Airline tickets 100% Nonrefundable. Cancellations must be in writing. 7M Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any booking, or part of it, at any time as a result of force majeure or for reasons outside 7M Tours LLC’s control. NO REFUNDS will be made for unused travel services, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  7M TOURS LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION AND MEALS DUE TO THIRD PARTY CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES, INCLUDING AIRLINE(S) AND CRUISE(S).  THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR ANY WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ACTS OF GODINSURANCE: Due to strict enforcement of cancellation penalties by suppliers, cancellation insurance is VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. 
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS. There is a convenience fee of 4% for all credit card transactions – NO EXCEPTIONS. Verbal authorization binds clients to all terms and conditions and allows us to process reservation at quoted cost. With the reception of documents, card holders acknowledge receipt of services and agree to perform the obligations set forth in the agreement with the card issuer.  ALL SERVICES ARE PREPAID. NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE ON SERVICES FULLY OR PARTIALLY NOT USED. 
DOCUMENTATION: U.S. citizens need to have a valid passport (visa is necessary for some countries). It is your responsibility to obtain information and proper documentation. 7M Tours LLC assumes no responsibility for changes in document requirements nor for entry into any destination for any passenger not having proper documentation. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will receive no refund. Full cancellation penalties apply to cancellations due to incorrect documentation. 
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Once tickets are issued they are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-ENDORSABLE. Penalties apply for name and date changes and it is passenger responsibility. Air carriers will change a reservation if space is available in the proper class of service for an additional fee to be paid by the passenger. 
BAGGAGE: Every country and airline has different policies in regards to Baggage.  It is the Passenger(s) responsibility to check with the airlines.  If any excess weight baggage charge has been charged by the airline, this charge must be paid by the client at the airport.  7M TOURS LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES. 
PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: Passengers able to walk a few hours a day, unassisted, will enjoy most itineraries. Some excursions are strenuous, involving long walks. On many itineraries, worldwide, road conditions can be difficult and a ride may take a full day to cover a short distance. Most ecotourism programs are not recommended if you are not fully mobile. Handicapped, we regret, cannot participate as there are no facilities to accommodate them. 
SCHEDULE & DELAYS: All travel times are based on the best information and timetables available at confirmation. Because of the nature of the destination, changes to schedule and/or itinerary may be necessary and may prevent the inclusion of some activities scheduled for the day. No refunds can be given for such eliminations. We also cannot accept any responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to changes or delays in airline schedules, hotel overbookings or defaults, weather, strikes, sickness, war, riots or any other causes. All such losses/expenses are the responsibility of the passenger and 7M Tours LLC will not be held liable for such losses/expenses. 
RESPONSIBILITY: All travel itineraries, vouchers and other travel documents issued by 7M Tours LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier; to the laws of their countries and to international conventions between countries. Any complaint should be sent in writing WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of return. 7M Tours LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to make changes in the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the convenience or safety of the participant and to cancel a tour at any time. If a tour is canceled, 7M Tours LLC shall have no liability beyond the refund of all monies paid by the passenger which will be deemed to constitute a full and final settlement. If the services included cannot be supplied or there are changes in the program, 7M Tours LLC will use its best efforts to arrange for comparable services where applicable. Any resulting additional expenses will be the responsibility of the participant, not 7M Tours LLC. The participant agrees that neither 7M Tours LLC nor its affiliates and employees shall be held liable for any damages, loss (including but not limited to personal injury, mental distress, loss of employment, insufficient income, death and property loss) inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or by any change in itinerary, voucher and any other travel document, unless caused by the negligence of 7M Tours LLC or its employees in its contractual duty. The tour participant expressly waives all rights which he or she may have against 7M Tours LLC in connection with the foregoing. No person, other than the Director & CEO of 7M Tours LLC by legal document in writing, is authorized to vary or waive any condition in the itinerary. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is 7M Tours LLC to be constructed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his/her luggage and belongings. No carrier shall have any responsibility except its liability as a common carrier.
By enrolling in and paying for a tour, all participants agree to accept and will be bound to each and every item mentioned under these terms and conditions.
